We should be very serious about this virus, because the number of cases are increasing day by day by people’s negligence. There follow this precautions from COVID -19 virus

  1. While going in public places use your personal vehicle.
  2. Wash your hands properly
  3. Put on your mask, cover your face, nose and mouth
  4. Daily clean your house properly.
  5. keep 2m distance while in school, college , hospitals, market or public places.
  6. At work place all areas in your workstation should be disinfected and cleaned properly such as table , desk , computer, keyboard, telephone, mobile, regularly.
  7. Health care takers should practice respiratory hygiene by covering mouth and nose while doing checkup wear

Boost your immunity for covid-19

  1. Stay Hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
  2. Eat one raw garlic daily in an empty stomach which reduces the chances of getting common cold.
  3. You can also eat citrus fruit which is full of vitamin C such as grapefruit, oranges, clementine, tangerines , lemons , and lime.
  4. Eat plenty of Broccoli which is rich in vitamins A, C, and E. It also contains fibers.
  5. Drink a glass of Milk with a pinch of turmeric in it as if it helps in treating both osteoarthritis and rheumatoid.
  6. Drink a cup of green tea daily made with ginger, 2-cardamom, 6-tulsi leaves, 3-cloves, 3-black pepper, Boil in 2 cup water till it reduces to 1 cup.
